I booked this company for a move out clean. I Received a 4 day confirmation email & a day before confirmation email with a 2 hour arrival time frame. The team of 2 ladies showed up within the 2 hour window with lots of supplies. The results of the clean were amazing -- the oven was SPOTLESS! The wood floors looked brand new. The insides of cabinets and drawers were beautifully cleaned and vacuumed out. I am beyond satisfied with the work this company did for me!

What a fantastic deep clean! All masked, and with 18 months since the last cleaning things got and it was due. They did a fantastic job. They were very detailed (didn't just gloss over things), conscientious of my belongings, and took pride in their work. The 2 people who cleaned my place were also punctual (actually earlier than planned) and regarding Covid, were well protected. Masks, shoe covers, temp checked. The owner came to do an assessment before to ensure I was getting what I needed and not more. He and his admin staff are tops when it comes to customer service. Very responsive and made sure my requests and satisfaction was met. I give them my highest recommendation. Anyone that appreciates attention to detail, and concerned about safety should use this team.
We've used Maid Bright services since April 2021. We were impressed with the administrative staff visit ahead of the first cleaning. Each room that would require cleaning had a walk through and the staff discussed the price structure and other relevant topics with us. In addition, all of our many questions were satisfactory answered. We were provided very detailed written documentation after the visit. I should note that this service is very accommodating if a date of cleaning needs to be changed or canceled. In addition, the cleaning staff are very pleasant, skilled and efficient. We've been very pleased.
Maid Bright has done a great job in my 1BR for my initial cleaning - especially with the carpets (cat hair!). I'm really pleased with their service, professionalism, and ease! Betsy was really clear with the pricing and how their service works at our initial evaluation meeting. The accurate arrival windows of their staff are really helpful.

The team from Maid Bright has been absolutely amazing. They are prompt and efficient. But more importantly, they are friendly and courteous. When they first started coming, my wife was pregnant. Now, we have a nearly two-year-old daughter. Each time the team arrives, they are so excited to see my daughter. And she's thrilled to see them. The service usually lasts 60-90 mins and costs roughly $170 every two weeks. The price will change based on the number of times per month you ask them to come and how big your place is.
Team of two were wonderful, hard working and friendly. Arrived right on time and got right to work. Once they finished the deep clean, they asked me to tour the house to make sure it was to our liking. They left us with a sparkling house and we just hired them for a recurring bi-weekly service. Prices are reasonable, and I love that scheduling communication and reminders are so easy.
