Cleaning Instructions

I agree with the following Maid Bright Terms & Conditions:

•Due to the liability issues, Maid Bright reserves the right to not provide the cleaning based on the current condition of your home. •Your fee is based on the quality and completion of the job. All quotes are determined based on number of beds/baths and added services. •The Cleanings can be scheduled as early as the next business day if booked before 4:00 p.m. same day. •If the cleaning is canceled within 24 hours of your service there will be a $50 late cancelation fee. •We provide our own equipment and supplies to clean your house unless you’d like us to use something specific, in which case it can be left on premises for us with instructions on how/where to use. •If your house is larger than 3,000 sq. ft.
