After my initial review, I received an email and phone call from both the Service Manager and Owner of the company with an apology and a complimentary service. I was very happy with the cleaning done by the two ladies and have requested them for continued service.
I wish I had a good experience like others. There were a few issues with my initially cleaning and the follow-up. When the 2 ladies arrived, I asked them politely to put shoe covers on and one complied while the other didn’t. One couch wasn’t vacuumed and my newly painted wall was slightly chipped (I wouldn’t have been upset if this was the only issue as accidents happen). I received a couple of follow up calls where the rep said he would provide the best cleaners given I was flexible with my schedule. I said that was fine and he said he would call back to let me know the next availability. It’s been over a month and no call back. He was trying so hard to be apologetic and provide the best service, which is great, but not getting a call back just shows he couldn’t handle my issue. Too bad this couldn’t work out for me.
