Maria F. – General Manager
Maria joined Maid Bright in November of 2012 as a Crew Coordinator. She quickly advanced to the position of Operations Manager in 2014. She has extensive experience in customer service. Maria directs all aspects of company operations including hiring, payroll, scheduling and customer relations. She strives for excellence in each cleaning service we provide and great customer service in order to establish strong family bonds.
Sep S. – Sales and Service Manager
Sep is skilled in managing the daily operations. He has always been a people person and enjoys solving daily problems and interacting with customers. Due to his communication skills with the customers, he became our Director of Customer Loyalty. Sep is incredibly passionate about customer service and dedicated to providing the best possible experience for customers and team members alike.
Maria A. – Crew Coordinator & Scheduling Manager
Maria joined Maid Bright in 2016. Her success as a Crew Coordinator and Scheduling Manager can be attributed to her ability to understand her customers’ needs and to empathize with her staff in the field. She always updates customer files immediately and reviews the instructions with her staff to make sure we meet their customized cleaning needs and standards. Her goal is to provide a consistent, quality cleaning service to all of her customers during each visit.
Jose V. – Maintenance, Equipment & Supply Coordinator
Jose joined the Maid Bright family in October of 2013. He has a positive attitude that uplifts all of his co-workers. He always takes good care of our company vehicles and equipment to make sure they are working properly. He is in charge of effectively coordinating day-to-day logistics operations for Maid Bright. He coordinates activities and makes sure company resources are used efficiently.
Mahir D. – Customer Service Consultant
Mahir joined ourMaid Bright team in 2016. Mahir uses his excellent customer relations skills in order to accommodate and help each one our customers with their cleaning specifications. He understands the importance of customer satisfaction and takes concerns and feedback provided by our customers under consideration, and discusses it with the corresponding team and staff members in order to create an efficient and extraordinary cleaning experience for our customers.
Leslie H. – Sales Consultant & Estimator
Leslie provides free in-home consultations to all of our potential customers. She enjoys meeting new customers and ensures a positive experience for all. She explains our services in detail, addresses all of their questions and writes down their instructions to customize their cleaning experience with Maid Bright.
Viktoriya R. – Customer Service Consultant
Vika is a team player with several years of customer service experience. She is professional and interacts with our customers regarding their questions and concerns and resolves any issue they may have in a courteous and timely manner. Vika is able to interact with many different customers and also communicates openly with our team.
Kubra D. – Customer Service Consultant
Kubra joined Maid Bright in 2017 and has very quickly learned different parts of our administrative process. She answers customers phone calls and replies to customer inquiries in a helpful and timely manner. Kubra is dedicated to our customers and gives the best possible service by being informative, reliable and professional.
Ahmed A. – Sales Consultant and Estimator
Ahmed joined Maid Bright in 2017. He joins us with over 15 years of experience in management and sales. Ahmed pays attention to details in our customers’ homes and ensures that he tailors the cleaning estimate to their specific needs. His positive and outgoing personality makes it a pleasure for our team and customers to interact with him.
Estefany L. – Assistant Crew Coordinator & Scheduling Manager
Estefany recently joined the Maid Bright team with a background in customer service and relations. Estefany carefully listens to the customers and addresses their needs and concerns in a timely manner, while maintaining a professional attitude.
