2018 ISSA/ARCSI Convention

Last week, we attended the 2018 ISSA/ARCSI convention in Dallas, Texas. It was another fun-filled week of learning, networking and innovative industry exhibitions. Dallas lives up to its hype of southern hospitality and warm welcomes!

The ARCSI/ISSA convention is a platform to learn new things in the industry, test out new products and interact with other business owners in our industry. Not only did we attend lectures from great speakers, we walked the exhibit floor and tested new products that we can use to better serve our customers.

The two keywords for us during this convention were ATTENTION and CHANGE. Both are big words that we need to continually implement in our industry. Attention to detail is what drives our professionalism and continued success in the cleaning business. Without our system of attention, our business would not exist. Change is another concept that we need to seek and implement, without fearing it. The cleaning industry is ever-evolving and our businesses must also evolve to current standards, technology and trends in the industry to foster continued success and growth.

We encourage everyone to attend these conventions, as they are great way to learn from each other. There are many pioneers in the cleaning industry during these conventions that are full of information and resources. We are honored to be a part of ARCSI and look forward to attending the 2019 Convention in Las Vegas!
