Maid Bright Gives Back

Maid Bright catered it’s 8th annual Hypothermia Shelter Meal at the Embry Rucker Shelter in Reston, VA on March 3rd, 2022. The hypothermia prevention program run by Fairfax County and Cornerstones provides warm shelter, food, and other supportive services to connect guests to a variety of basic needs including clothing, employment, housing, and more. It has become a yearly tradition to share a meal with members of the community who seek shelter during the winter months of December through March, where we not only share a meal but are able to hear their stories and life experiences. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, we were unable to serve food and dine with shelter residents; however, we look forward to when we are able to serve food and share a meal with members of the community.
