Yusuf is the co-founder and owner of Maid Bright, a residential cleaning service in the Washington, DC metro area. Started in 2004, Yusuf and his team have grown the business into a highly reputable, family-owned cleaning service.

Zeynep has dedicated many years to various roles at Maid Bright. She is a partner at Maid Bright and oversees marketing channels and enhancing brand awareness through community outreach, creating content, and creative endeavors.
Maria joined Maid Bright in 2012 as a Crew Coordinator. She has quickly advanced to a management position overseeing hiring, payroll, scheduling and customer relations.
Sep is a skilled communicator and problem solver addressing employee and customer needs. He is passionate about customer service and dedicated to providing the best experience for customers and team members alike.
Joining the team in 2016, Mahir leverages his customer relations skills to accommodate and help customers with their cleaning specifications. He takes customer concerns and feedback seriously, addressing them with the appropriate teams to create the best possible customer experience.
Estefany is an adept listener addressing customer requests and inquiries with a professional attitude. She effectively manages the schedules of estimates and cleanings, making sure the team arrives promptly for all appointments.
With 15+ years experience in management and sales, Ahmed conducts free in-home consultations with potential customers. He pays attention to cleaning details and tailors the estimate based on specific needs. His outgoing personality is contagious making it a pleasure for all who interact with him.
Jose takes great care of our company vehicles and equipment so everything is in working order. He coordinates the day-to-day logistics and operations paying close attention that company resources are used efficiently and effectively.

Joining our team in 2021, Marcia conducts in-home consultations to customize cleanings to our customers’ needs. Marcia brings with her years of customer service experience from her background in the hospitality industry. Marcia also communicates with our field teams about consistent quality and providing better service to our customers.
Fanny recently joined the Maid Bright team as a customer service representative. She assists our customers with their needs and conducts our newly launched virtual home estimates for clients. Fanny facilitates client relationships and helps Maid Bright grow with her professionalism, positive attitude, and dedication.
